Here's Brianna's version of some nursery rhymes.

Mary, Mary quite contrary, How does your garden grow?

With silver bells and taco shells and pretty maids all in a row.

Little Jack Horner sat in a corner eating his crispy pie.

He stuck in his thumb and pulled out a plumb and said, "What a good boy am I."

The Toilet is Dead!

Brianna came running up to me crying this morning and she said, "Mommy the toilet is dead! It won't flush anymore!"

What should he do?

Alex brought home a paper from school this week. He had to write 3 solutions to problems. One problem was this:

A boy is taking a spelling test and he doesn't know how to spell a word. He looks down and sees that he accidently left his spelling list on the floor. What should he do?

Kick it over to his neighbors desk.

Brianna's New Saying

When Brianna doesn't understand something lately she says this.

What's the heck with that?

Bamm!

Caden and Brianna were sitting on the front porch steps today and Brianna was holding a pencil. Our neighbor across the road was mowing. Brianna was yelling at the top of her lungs, "Hi Uncle Don, Hi Uncle Don!" His name is not Don, and he's not her uncle, but that's what she was calling him. Then she pointed her pencil at him and said, "Bamm! Shot him right off that lawnmower!"

We've been really busy lately. Here's some of what we've been up to.

Brianna went on a playgroup field trip to the Magic House in St. Louis. She had a great time and we're going to take all the kids back sometime soon.
